MANUFACTURING OF PURIFIED WATER AND WATER FOR INJECTION

Water for injection and purified water are prepared or processed .

Formulation of water for injection from simple water is done by treating it with some method or process. First of all water is transferred from the multi-media filter and collected, then it is transferred to to another filter connected to it. Now water is transferred to Carbon filter which is further connected to to water softener.

After softening of water it is collected in the Reverse osmosis (RO) feed tank. Now motor is used to pump water from RO feed tank to RO candle(membrane).
After reverse osmosis water is de-ionized by De-ionization candle or bed. De-ionized water now transferred to the purified water storage tank.
Purified water is circulated in PW water loop and it is collected where it is necessary.

Purified water is further treated to form water for injection by WFI still.
and collected in WFI collection tank and circulated in WFI circulating loop.
